We had a lovely stay, good food at Frida's, saw 3 beautiful deer at the park just hanging around in the parking lot, enjoyed sitting in the garden, appreciated the comfy room, woke to a gorgeous Colorado day and were truly grateful for April-her genuine love for her "job", her friendliness towards her guests and her desire to make our stay relaxing and memorable! We will definitely stay again and recommend Siesta Motel to others! 🌵🌺🌻

The style of the renovations was fun. The best part was hotel’s flexibility. I required a room to be open prior to 4pm and they had it available at 1:30. I had to leave one day early and they treated me VERY fairly with refund of prepaid fees. Front desk even gave me a bandaid after I cut myself!!Very quiet despite being on a busy highway. Provided coffee was delicious!!

Dog friendly, charming 1950’s-style roadside motel with well-kept, fully functional modernized touches that made for a comfy stay. Nice, hot shower after a long day of exploring was welcome! Microwaves, mini-fridges, other accouterments that made our time at the Siesta delightful. Our dog was happy— so we were, too!

Super cute retro motel. Everything old was new again! We especially liked the self-serve community amenities closet, where you could get everything from fresh creamer for your coffee to slippers. A lot of thought was put in to the renovation of this little motel and the details made our stay a welcome surprise. The live-in managers take pride in the property and it shows.

The room was bright and clean. The beds were really comfy and individual air unit was easy to program. We’ve stayed here before but not since the rooms were renovated. The staff were very accommodating. I’d forgotten to bring a bottle opener for my wine. They not only provided an opener, they gave me a wine glass to use during our stay.

I liked a lot of the sustainability features (no single use shampoo...quality toilet paper...coffee in glass). The gazebo was cool. TV didn't work but it doesn't really matter to me.

Stylish retro place a little out of town but in walking distance to some restaurants and on the tram line. Staff and owner are friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are comfy. Quality toiletries. There’s an enclosed gazebo with cozy seating, games and some vinyl records and record player to enjoy.

Very cute and comfortable spot we used as a base for some hiking. The guest closet is a great amenity, with lots of items you might need and we loved the pour over coffee supplies in the room.

Room was big, clean, and comfy. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly. They had a cool little gazebo where you could chill or play games. They're was a lil fridge and microwave which was nice.

The room was clean and the A/C was 👍! They had a “guest room” that had extra towels, indoor throw away slippers, creamer for coffee, tooth brush/paste…front desk staff was very friendly! If we visit Durango again, we will definitely stay at Siesta!
